Google launches Hindi news and transliteration on Blogger
Yesterday Google announced the launch of Hindi transliteration on Blogger. Google's we web publishing service and Google news, its service in Hindi.
Google Inc, believes that these two laubches will enable the maases to converse in Hindi, and have a quicker and easy access to information in the national language ie; Hindi. And thus the consumption and views of Indian language content will increase.
Google’s transliteration technology allows the conversion from English text to phonetically equivalent text in Indian languages। Hindi transliteration on Blogger makes it possible for users to publish content in Hindi while using English keyboards for text entry। For instance, users can write “Meri Dharti Hindustan” and this feature will convert it into the corresponding Hindi script, "मेरी धरती हिन्दुस्तान"
Keeping in mind that the audience is bilingual in many cases, Google allows the users to freely switch from English to Hindi and back
The other launch - Google News in Hindi is based on Google’s ground-breaking clustering technology that gathers news stories from various Hindi news sources, and presents a ranked one page view with links to users’ favorite news sources in their favorite news sections।
The time has come when Google is going multi-lingual by starting with the national language of India ie; "Hindi".

Change Management
Coin shortage has left traders shortchanged. These traders are facing problems of letting out small change, that is - Change as in coins - which has become a constant headache for many retailers like pharmacy owners, stationery shopkeepers etc. None of the customer is ready to make payment in coin form wherever there is a small transaction.
In contrast to this every customer wants his due change. When requesting for coins in RBI one of the pharmacy owner in Delhi, after standing in a long queue for an hour got two bag full of Rs. 2 and one bag full of Rs. 5 coins. But when he asked for a bag of Re. 1 coins a teller told him that he could only give 50 paise coins। Customers don't need 50 paise coins so it wasn't sensible enough for him to take that bag of 50 paise coins.
There are other problems wherein customers carry credit slip of paper alloted to them by the retailers instead of exact change. Not only retailers but the coin crunch problem has affcted the big chain outlets such as Spencers and Big Bazaar.
